Committees
All programs offered by the MES PTA are organized and executed by volunteers. Without the tremendous support the PTA receives from its members, we would be unable to coordinate and run any of the activities throughout the year.
Chairperson: Work with a member of the Executive Board to plan, budget, and coordinate the overall event. Responsible for the handling, accounting, and reporting to the Treasurer any monies collected (if a fundraiser). Recruit volunteers to assist with the event.
Co-Chair: Work with Chairperson to coordinate and plan a specific component of an event. Typically needed for larger events like the Halloween Carnival. Recruit volunteers to assist with the event.
Event Volunteer: Available to participate the day of the event to run a component of the activity, supervise the students, and/or provide assistance with set-up and clean-up.
Executive Board Contact: Go-to person on the Executive Board to offer direction with committee expectations and budget information.
