Return $10 cash or check (made out to MES PTA) in the original labeled bag or a labeled envelope. You can also pay via Venmo @MES-PTA (include child’s name and teacher in comments).
Additional books can be purchased by including $10 for each book wanted. We will send the books home with your child.
If you do not want the book, please return to your classroom in the original bag by Oct 8th.

Three options to pay for books:
1. Cash - send in an envelope LABELED WITH YOUR CHILD’s NAME.
2. eWallet: Pre-Load a certain amount of money on Scholastic’s eWallet system which we can access directly through the register. A change this year, any left over money does NOT get refunded back to your card. We will encourage students to use available funds. Anything left on eWallet below $5 will go towards the MES Library. 3.Credit Card - For parents visiting during our after-school shopping time on THURS 5/13 and WED 5/19

Good morning! This year, our school will be using the Genesis Parent Portal for scheduling our upcoming parent-teacher conferences. Conferences will take place via Google Meet, unless alternate arrangements have been made, on the evening of November 2nd, during the school day on the 3rd, and on the afternoon of the 4th. The portal is now open and I encourage you to take a moment today to schedule your child’s conference as time slots are limited. Use the following link to access the Parent Portal and follow these easy steps to schedule your child’s conference: https://parents.evesham.k12.nj.us/genesis/parents?gohome=true
Login to Genesis Parent Portal using your secure username and password.
If you have not completed any of the required back-to-school forms (e.g. photo permission, code of conduct), these will appear and must be completed first before you can access step three.
Select Conferences from the tab at the top of the screen (to the right of forms).
Select Request Conference from the middle of the screen.
Change the Week of Calendar to 11/2/20.
You will now see the available conference times for Monday, November 2nd through Wednesday, November 4th.
Select your desired time slot and then click reserve. You will receive a reminder email about your parent-teacher conference forty-eight hours from your conference day and time.
Please be aware parents with students in the following remote-only classrooms will NOT be using the Genesis Parent Portal to select a conference with their teacher: Mrs. Covely, Ms. Durham-Jones, Mrs. Angermeier, Mrs. Nicholls, and Mrs. Dunne
Instead, your child's teacher will be sharing a separate email with directions on how to sign up for a conference day and time.
Please email Mr. Feldman or your child’s teacher with any questions. The portal will remain open through Tuesday, October 27th. Once the portal has closed, your child’s teacher will send each parent a calendar invite to join them at your specific conference day/time to discuss your child’s progress so far this school year. Thank you in advance for accessing and signing up for a conference time through the portal.
